Delivery time is product specific and depends on a few factors:

We always delivers to you as fast as we can, but depending on the factors above, a product might ship quickly, or might need to be ordered through one of our vendors and take a bit longer.
After you purchase your lease in checkout, we will contact you to schedule your delivery. You must be present at the address on the scheduled delivery date and time. We will provided your lease agreement which must be signed to receive your order.
All orders include free delivery and set up, no matter the time frame. Orders are delivered with our own delivery specialists.
Our delivery specialists will unload and set up your items.
On the day of delivery, please clear the pathway from the front door to the room where your item will be set up.
There should be no obstacles (throw rugs, planters, toys, etc.) along the pathway.
Please ensure any hallways and thresholds on the pathway are at least 1” wider than your item.
Have your ID ready to show our technicians. They will need it to complete the final paperwork once your item is set up.
You may cancel your order before your item arrives by contacting us at 770-548-0790 or in your account page. A refund will be applied to the card you used to make the first payment. Your order may also be cancelled by us if delivery cannot be scheduled within 30 days. Service and Repair During Rental is included!
